Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.

Ship the Package

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
